Relationships/Courtships are much more
complicated these days compared to when our grandparents, or even our
parents, were courting each other. Lately, your social media usage, and
even the amount of selfies you post, could be doing your relationship harm. You
do not need to know about all the relationship tips before you’d get to know about this.
Here’s how your selfies damage your relationships;
1. INCREASES JEALOUSY:
This occurs if you are the only one in the
selfie. The more people in relationships post selfies and use social media, the
more jealous the partners become. They sometimes fail to confront you, but try
digging more into your life on social media, just because your selfies have
been posted on social media. Arguments about the attention that the photos had
garnered online may arise too.

2. YOU ARE SEEN AS A NARCISSIST:
Those who take excessive selfies tend to be
associated with personality traits like narcissism and psychopathy due to it
being an attention-seeking behavior. These people are often self-absorbed and
are manipulative, resulting in poor relationships with others.

3. YOU EXPOSE THE NATURE OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP:
Many ladies are just too free to post selfies
of them and their partners together, even when they are not yet married.
Despite the fact that photo shopping exists these days, you could be sending a
general message to the public through posting a selfie of you and the guy you
are dating. You never know who is out there to set your relationship up!

Whether taking too many selfies is the direct cause of
relationship problems, or if it’s just a result of a person’s personality
trait, it’s still unclear. Either way, none of it sounds good!
