Today on woman crush Wednesday we celebrate the achievements of Kelechi Mbah. Fortunately, today happens to be her birthday. Yes! 23^rd May. She is a woman with many caps and they fit in perfectly.

I am bold to say her wealth of wisdom and the lives she has impacted precedes her presence. She has achieved a lot in such a short time, you know time flies, right?

A graduate of Biomedical Science turned Business Development Strategist. Amazingly she is the Founder of Service Desk Limited a sales outsourcing company, a co-founder of Mr. Grocer- an online Grocery company that delivers groceries to expatriate (Indian/Chinese) communities.

Her quest for knowledge, professionalism and a dire need to be the change that society needs to see and stir the motivation needed in the hearts of many led her to take a post graduate diploma in Customer Service Management. She holds certifications in HSE competence levels 2 and 3 from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria.

A BET 5 Scholar of the Diamond bank sponsored programme and a Women X scholar of the World Bank sponsored Certified Entrepreneurship Management programme both at the Enterprise Development Center of the Pan Atlantic University.

A trained Project Manager, a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, a Global certified e-business professional from the EC Council with Business and Entrepreneurship education at the Northwestern University Evanston Illinois and a Post Graduate Executive Education in Accelerating Sales Performance from the Kellogg School of Management Evanston Illinois.

She is a fellow of the Institute of Brand Managers in Nigeria and a professional Member of the Project Management Institute and the American Society of Quality.
An awardee of the Federal Government of Nigeria grant for viable/ innovative businesses (the Youwin Project).

A First Place Winner of the eNNOVATENAIJA challenge, a crowd sourced contest organized by the Nigeria Interbank Settlement Systems (NIBBS) in conjunction with the Central Bank of Nigeria on how to make the “Cashless policy more effective in our communities”.

She is an awardee of the US consulate department of educational affairs on her Techwomen-go-entrepreneurial project.

Beyond the quest for knowledge which causes her to share her wealth of wisdom and empower women, Kelechi Mbah has a zero tolerance for injustice. Hence, She is a certified Mediator of the Lagos Multi-door courthouse where she has earned a high settlement rate at resolving contract related conflicts and a certified graduate of the Copyright law programme of the Harvard University in conjunction with the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal studies.

Kelechi Mbah is a social entrepreneur with four launched projects to her credit; the Career Lane Initiative aimed at solving unemployment issues in Nigeria; The Business Leaders Forum-a breakfast networking platform for budding entrepreneurs, Techwomen-go-entrepreneurial; an initiative that inspires female coders and developers to start off innovative businesses and the Leading Lady Network forum-a mentoring platform for women who aspire to lead.
